Orders

Orders may be placed online at www.jemmawynne.com at any time and via phone 212-980-8500 Monday-Friday 10am-5pm EST.

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging the details of your order. This email is recognition that we have received your requested order.  Please note that this does not guarantee the availability of the merchandise and that ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Although we make every effort to feature in stock pieces in our boutique, occasionally we may sell out of featured items. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 48 hours and will not be charged for orders that cannot be fulfilled.

Expected order delivery times will be confirmed within 48 hours by a sales representative. Most items will ship immediately, provided the items are in stock. If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are between 4-8 weeks. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

Should you need your order before that time frame, it may be possible to rush your order for an additional fee.  You can note your rush request in the comments section of the order. If this is possible, a sales representative will provide you with the additional cost and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

All in stock orders that are confirmed Monday-Thursday before 12pm EST will guarantee a next day delivery.  All in stock orders confirmed on Friday before 12pm EST will arrive on Monday.

JEMMA WYNNE reserves the right at any time to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge and notify you that your order was cancelled.

Payment

JEMMA WYNNE accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). For security, your billing address must match the address on file at your credit card company. If there is a discrepancy, there will be a delay in processing the order. We do not accept Discover cards, checks or money orders.

Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order confirmation. In filling out the payment requirements, you confirm that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

JEMMA WYNNE does not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States with the exception of deliveries in the state of New York, in which applicable sales tax will be added to the order amount.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

Domestic insured shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) is free of charge with FedEx Standard Overnight.  Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please be aware that all orders are processed Monday through Friday, and delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.  If you require Saturday delivery please contact one of our sales representatives (concierge@jemmawynne.com); there is an extra charge for this service.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. JEMMA WYNNE is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves JEMMA WYNNE.  If your order is sent back to JEMMA WYNNE by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.

International Shipping

We offer insured shipping to many worldwide destinations via FedEx/DHL for an additional fee.  For confirmation on international shipping, please email concierge@jemmawynne.com.  JEMMA WYNNE is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees associated with international shipments and JEMMA WYNNE is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.

Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

Returns & Exchanges

For all domestic orders JEMMA WYNNE will accept merchandise back in its original condition for store credit when accompanied by the original packaging and original sales invoice.  All International orders are FINAL SALE.  Please note that we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.  This excludes custom orders and sizing.  All custom orders, including pieces with personalization or any ring that is other than a standard size, are final sale.

Should you decide to return a purchase for credit, you must notify JEMMA WYNNE directly and ship merchandise back within 5 days of receiving the order.  Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please email concierge@jemmawynne.com to obtain a Return Authorization number, and have that number clearly marked on the outside of the package in order for us to accept it. We recommend you ship merchandise via FedEx, UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.  JEMMA WYNNE will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Please note that returns and exchanges must be made directly through JEMMA WYNNE.  Any other associate department stores, boutique or online store that carry JEMMA WYNNE will not accept items purchased from JEMMA WYNNE’s online store.

Credit for jewelry will only be honored if the return instructions above are followed. JEMMA WYNNE reserves the right to refuse return for credit or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in JEMMA WYNNE’s sole discretion.

Repairs

For repairs, please email concierge@jemmawynne.com with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice and your contact information.

If we determine that we can accept your repair, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.  This RA number must be marked clearly on the exterior of your package. Packages without an RA number will not be signed for and will be returned to the shipper at their expense.  Customers are responsible for all costs incurred in shipping the item to us, and we will invoice you for the cost of return shipping.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for a repair assessment.  A repair fee estimate will be provided either prior to or upon receipt of your item, depending on the nature of the repair.  Please note that we are not responsible for your item until it is in our possession and that repairs typically require 4-6 weeks to complete.

We guarantee our jewelry against defects in manufacturing. In order to maintain this guarantee of craftsmanship, all repairs, alterations, or sizing must be performed by JEMMA WYNNE. If you opt to have any repair, alterations, or sizing performed by anyone other than JEMMA WYNNE, we relinquish any and all liability for that particular piece of jewelry.  We reserve the right to determine whether or not merchandise sent for repair is found defective due to manufacturing or customer’s mishandling.

Site Imagery/Design

Each jewelry piece is handmade and slight variations in construction and decoration are normal. All gemstone materials are natural and each example is unique. No guarantees are made regarding consistency and you should expect a beautiful variety in every piece and order.

JEMMA WYNNE provides images of each item on the Site and endeavors to show as much detail as possible. However, viewing images online has its disadvantages as the size and color of the images may vary across digital screens and mobile devices.

Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

Errors & Inaccuracies

We make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog of products is as accurate and complete as possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that it may not be completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing, availability, and product information.

JEMMA WYNNE reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions -including after an order has been submitted- and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Prices and descriptive information or imagery are subject to change without notice. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will contact you prior to processing the order to confirm the new price. Should you not want to continue with your order at this time, it will be cancelled. We will not honor inaccurate or incorrect pricing.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Industrial and Artistic Property Rights

All industrial and artistic property rights related to the brands and product designs belong exclusively to JEMMA WYNNE JEWELLERY LLC. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service or the Site. You acknowledge that the Site and the Service contains copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property of JEMMA WYNNE and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of JEMMA WYNNE or the applicable trademark holder.

Failure to respect these provisions and the legal provisions related to industrial and artistic property rights shall constitute an act of counterfeit and/or an act of unfair competition punishable under current laws and which may give rise, inter alia, to the payment of damages.

JEMMA WYNNE reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof). You agree that JEMMA WYNNE shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. You acknowledge that JEMMA WYNNE reserves the right to deactivate accounts, cancel orders, and/or refuse to accept orders from users that violate the Terms or for such other reason as determined by JEMMA WYNNE.

Third Party Sites

Your dealings with advertisers or any links or third-party sites found on or through the Service are solely between you and such third-party. Because JEMMA WYNNE has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that JEMMA WYNNE is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, materials, advertising, products, promotions or any other activities or events. Age Policy

JEMMA WYNNE complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Act. Our Site (and links that may be available through our Site), are not intended for persons under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect information from such persons.

General Information

The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JEMMA WYNNE, superseding any other agreements or understandings between you and JEMMA WYNNE. The Terms and the relationship between you and JEMMA WYNNE shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New York, New York.
